Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to ensure your workwear meets your professional requirements.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from any stains, odors, or damage
⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Hi Vis Headwear (due to hygiene reasons)
- Any opened or used safety equipment
- Customized or specially ordered items
Step-by-Step Returns Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 1 business day with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your items including:
- Original items with tags
- Original packaging
- Copy of your order confirmation
- RMA number clearly visible on the outside
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
Refund Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
